10/24/19 - Disconnected TMIn bubbler (X-36273). Made new tubing connecting TMIn bubbler #1 (X-36273) and TMIn bubbler #2 (S-21123-246) in series. Also installed a manual valve between INPV3 and the connecting line from TMIn#1 outlet and TMIn#2 inlet, which enables us to flush out the lines.
